A few pictures from the early days right after we bought the house. It was Spring Break for the girls so they were all home with me as I was trying to paint and pack. Some days were more productive than others. :)
One of the things we had to get before moving in was a new microwave since there wasn't one here when we bought it. So the girls took the big styrofoam insert from the microwave box and colored it and played robots. Too cute!

| Crawling all around the empty house. You can go forever! |
| Hard at work. Today I'm a mommy and a painter! Gotta love those painting clothes! |
| Evie helped me set up the new end tables that came with our new couches. She immediately brought these chairs in to have a tea party. |
| Our Easter lilies! They were so beautiful! |
| Hahahahaha! That girl will fall asleep anywhere!! |
| Then she changed positions. |
| We had a nasty east wind that brought ridiculously low temperatures during April. Yuck! |
| This fireplace used to have a medium wood finish, and we painted it white. That family picture above the fireplace was a housewarming gift to me from my wonderful husband. That picture makes me so happy every day! I have always wanted a nice big family picture. Thanks babe! |

| Our new furniture! |
| Cute little girl! She loves these princess chairs. They are just the right height for her. She has a great time just sitting, standing, then sitting, then standing again. She is so cute to watch. |
| We went to Taylor's spa birthday party in Rock Springs and on the drive home, all the girls wore their new masks and zonked out! |
| We went to a BYU volleyball game with Alexis down in Provo. Way fun, and a great game. It went all five sets, right down to the wire, and we won! Awesome! BYU men's volleyball went all the way to the championship game this year. We finally lost at the end, but what a great season! |
| We sat next to this super tall guy, and as we talked throughout the match, we discovered that his name is Joslether Cala, and he's a professional volleyball player and he used to play for BYU. He told us that college volleyball is nothing compared to international play. He's really tall. And I'm really short. |

| I love her hairstyle. Whoosh. |
April was a month filled with a lot of moving business. Since we were just moving a few minutes away, we didn't move everything all at once. So there were a lot of days that I would just unpack a few boxes here at the house then take those same boxes back to the apartment and pack them up with more stuff and move it to the house, then repeat the whole process. Also, there were other things that needed doing before we could move in, like none of the closets had any shelves or a hanging bar or anything, so we had to install that, and there were no blinds anywhere in the house, so we had to measure, go to Home Depot, pick up the blinds, etc, etc, etc. And whenever you move into a new house, there are always a hundred tiny things that need doing. Between that and cleaning and painting, it was a very busy month!
